Hello doctor good evining.I have neck pain sence 3 weeks.but that is not trancil,when I am eating,dringking something,its painful.so what I have to do doctor??

- Foreign body in the throat
- Thyroid gland enlargement
- Achalesia
- GERD...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of neck pain when eating:
You have to visit a surgeon for clininical examination and investigations as:- CBC to detect infection
- Upper endoscope
- gastric barium swallow x-ray
- Chest x-ray
- TSH, Free T4
- Neck x-ray
- Neck US
