Hello everyone I need your help I have pimples in my panic before I had also but that time I went to Dr he give me some medicine or cream nd now I have same problem now or I'm very scared about this happening because I'm in Saudi Arabia I'm new here still I'm not get any medical card or iqama (I'd) and I don't have enough money to go to meet wth Dr please some one help me i have only 100 rayal what cream or what medicine I take please help me i need help I'm new here in saudi please
