I have a case regarding my mentrual period last...

I have a case regarding my mentrual period last April 16 till 20 I had a period then again yesterday may 1 may period came...it is a normal for my age? I'm 32 yrs. Old single mom..I'm working in housekeeping as a supervisor and sometimes I was running on the floor to release the rooms on time after lunch I ate only 20-30 mins. Then again I'm going up on the floor to release the rooms and my duty is 12 hrs. Wake up by 5am and finish my duty @7:30 in the evening it's my daily routines..I just want to get an advice from u doc. And what is the best medicine that I need to do or to take?
