I had my periods 1 week late and i get shocked...
I had my periods 1 week late and i get shocked when i saw bright red coloured blood with little clots coming out i waited for 2 days and then i found a long pink clot with a spot of blood in it on my pad, i concerned to my doctor she did pregnancy test which shows 59% hormones active then she call me after 48hours and did the test again to compare the hormone level then test shows 26% active. She said i had a early miscarriage and sent me home. She didn't gave me any medicine or didn't guide me what treatment i need now. I have pain in my pelvic region and i can't understand what to do now ? Please guide me

Based on what you mentioned at your question, i see the following- It is an abortion as pregnancy test was positive and there was drop.
- At first, you can seek medical help to be examined by your gynecologist and do TVS to know is your uterus is empty or not.
- If your uterus is not empty and there is remenants of pregnancy you have to do E&C procedure
- If your uterus is empty you do not need to do anything or taking certain drugs.
- If there is pain you can take analgesic like SEDPRIN three times daily to relieve pain.
