What are the causes of vaginal infection?

1.fungal infection as candida and it's common 
2.bacterial infectin as chlamydia and bacterial vaginosis
3.viral infection as herpex simples 

What  investigations to do?

1.urine analysis and culture 
2.histopatholgy for vaginal discharge if it's
                                     white and thick it's fungal infection 
                                      green or yellowish bacterial infection 
                                     yellow from ulcers it's viral 
3.CBC

How to treat this ?

1.metronidazole (suppor.,cream,by oral) or others as clitrimazole 
2.polgaynax supp for bacterial infection and by zinnat 500 orally 
3.acyclovir (cream and tab) daily
