Hi my 10months old baby fell from her high chair...

Hi my 10months old baby fell from her high chair which is roughly 90cm in hight. She cried for about 10-15minutes she then started to settle but looked a bit confused for a few minutes but stayed conscious. She then was a bit dazed but again was conscious. After roughly a further 10minutes she started to peek up she stood up and walked around and was moving herself fine. She then fell asleep as it was close to her bed time. I woke her up after around 10minutes just to be sure she wasn’t unconscious. She woke easily and then stayed awake playing and being her usual self. Now she’s had a bottle and I’m her bed I’m starting to think I should of took her to A&E. I’m worried about internal head injuries.
