Hy maha i have 2.5 year olď son he is 10.9 kg in waight his birth waight was 2.5 ..from birth he did not gain waight properly..i need help he eat 3 meals n 3 time cow milk n 1 snack fruits in a day but he did not gain waight he started walk in 2 year he just start say mama papa dada nana like this small words plz help i hope u can help me

Yes many doctors but they all said its ok he is active then no problem they gave me vitamin supplement but now i did not give him any madicaine
