Most probably your condition is due to accumulation of wax in the ear, you should not use ear pick to clean it, you must see your ENT doctor again and probably will do ear wash again.
You can use ear drops Dewax after that which will prevent the accumulation of wax.
You can also use an antibiotic like Augmentin to prevent and cure any infection.
You can use pain killers if there is pain like Panadol
You should do a CT SCAN to make sure there is no problems in your ear canal or your head in general
