You can use the following medications if you are not pregnant:- Flagyl 500 mg three times daily for 5 days
- Cefuroxime 500 mg twice daily for 5 days
- Dektalzole vaginal suppositories once daily for three days before sleep
- Miconazole cream twice daily
Symptoms of vaginal infection:
- Vagianl discharge
- Bad odor
- Itching
- Abdominal pain
- Low back pain
Causes of vaginal infection:
It may be caused by:- Fungal infection associated with white discharge
- Bacterial infection associated by green, yellow or dark dicharge
