• Augmentin 500 mg three times daily
• Cataflam 50 mg twice daily for 5 days

Causes of fever and headache:

It may be caused by:

• Tonsilitis
• Upper respiratory infection
• Otitis media

Diagnosis of the cause of fever and headache:

You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC to detect infection
• Sinus x-ray to detect sinusitis
• Chest x-ray to detect chest infection
• Stool analysis
• Urine analysis...etc
