i starte feeling pain in the left knee since one month ago mri shawed trauma to medial meniscus cartilage but no tear after while the painstarted in the posterior aspect of the knee for whtch the doctor gave me a shot of steroid intra articular but before 5 days i noticed swelling in the lateral aspect of the legwhich is painfull now the pain is not localized but difuse from knee to leg .i am hypertensive on peridopril 10mg and amlodipine 5mg and indapamide2.5mg and allopurinol300mg for uric acid and 10 mg rosuvastatin for cholesterol with history of surgery for l3l5 disc before 4years i am 73 year old and work as internist what your advise
