the first thing is to reduce fever by using
tap water and cold water compressors
then trufen evry 8 hours or diclofen  every 12 hours plus antibiotic according to and  the physical exam by a doctor

 Viral infection, or infection with bacteria of any kind.
Infection with severe influenza and for a long period of time
What are the symptoms asociated with fever?
Symptoms vary according to the infection but there are general symptoms such as:
 Fatigue
 Chills
What tests do you need to do?
 Complete blood test
 Examination of mucous membranes
 culture for bacteria
 Clinical examination
 Chest X-ray
 urine analysis
