yes , dwarfism can be genetic or inherited , but in most cases , its genetic mutation , and this means that its not directy related to the parents as what happened to your brother in law ( no history of dwarfism in family )
What are the chances of you getting dwarf baby ?
your chances are quite small , as your case isnt inerited ( none of the parents are dwarf )
