7. lie down after sexual intercourse for about half an hour , and dont wash your private parts directly after that 
8. take care of your and your partner life style quality , eat healither food , sleep well , avoid stress and anxiaty , do exercies regulary

1. do a gynaecological routine check by specialist doctor , and make sure your productive system is healthy 
2. make sure that you and your partner arent taking any medication that effect you ability to fertilize or carring a baby
