Treatment of testicle pain:
It depends on the cause as:- Infection can be treated by good antibiotic as ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily
- varicocele can be treated conservative or by surgery
Causes of testicuar pain:
There are many possible causes of testicular pain as:- Varicocele

- Hydrocele
- inguinal hernia...etc
Diagnosis of testicular pain:
You have to visit an urologist for clinical examination and investigations as:- CBC to detect infection

What is the symptoms of urinary tract infection ?
1. urination diffeculty or frequant urination
2. urination discomfort
3. pain during urination
4. burning sensation
5. penis discharge
6. fever
Treatment of urinary tract infection ( uti ) :
1. consult a urology doctor to do the needed medical examnation and determine the treatment pathway
2. have a healthy life style including : healthy diet , exercise , regular healthy sleep pattern
3. drink plenty of water ( at least 3 liters daily)
4. avoid unsafe sexual intercourse
5. if you have uretheral infections , it will be treated as UTI by antibiotics ( orally ) such as levofloxacin
6. if you have std infection such as chlamydia , treatment would be : Azithromycin or Doxycycline
7. if the medical condition presist or new symptoms appeared , an advanced exmantion will be done to determine the causes and treatment pathway
