I have very painful cramps since the 5th day of my...
I have very painful cramps since the 5th day of my period and I feel the urge to pee frequently .. Done a CT that shows left adnexal cyst 18×20 mm .. made a urine analysis and culture all are clean

First they thought it's from kidney he gave me levofloxacin and tamslusin
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Then the gyncolgist gave me itraconazole I take congestal which is ( paracetamol+ chlorphiniramine+ pseudoephidrine) it's the only medication that eases my pain as my doctor told me it's a uterine congestion
