What is this medical condition ?
its called Rh Incompatibility , and its when the pregnant female is RH - and the husband is RH+ ( not related to blood type ) which lead that fetus will have RH+ and this will lead to massive hemoletic reaction during pregnancy and lead to miscarrage 
- its doenst apply on the first born baby as the reaction wont happen until delivery happen , but it will happen in the next pregnancy as the antigen is formed after the first hemoletic reaction

in this case , you have to do the following :
1. consult an OBGYN doctor and doing the needed blood test 
2. usually doctor will give an injection called : anti-D , which prevent your body from producing the antigen and prevent the hemoletic reaction from happpening then there will be no miscarrige or effects on your pregnancy
