I have some discharge from my vagina but not odor and some itchings, now what could be the cause and what can I do to stop.

Okay,,am guessing it might be soap though I thought dettoh can't cause any infection so I have been using it.

- good hygiene
- oral antibiotics as metronidazol , clindamycin and doxycycline
- topical antifungal as miconazol nitrate in case if there is whitish lesion on the woman genitals
- treat the sexual partner
what are the causes of abnormal vaginal discharge?
- bacterial infection as gardenilaa vaginalis or chlamydia
- vaginal yeast infection
- viral infection
what are the associated symptoms ?
- bad smell discharge
- painful intercourse
- painful urinating
- abnormal lesion occur at the skin of the vagina
- abnormal color of the skin covering the vagina
- fever
what are the test do diagnose the cause?
- clinical examination
- take a swap culture from the discharged material and send it to bacterial and viral and fungal laboratory to isolate the microorganism causing it
