Good day. My skin looks twisted and scally and is...
Good day. My skin looks twisted and scally and is most apparent on my legs. From my observation it is exzema. The eczema just causes skin discoloration. I am an African and can clearly see some parts of my body, especially my thighs, being fairer in patches.
Please can you tell me what medication I can take (systemic and topical)? And what i can do to change this scally appearance.

1.Drink plenty of fluids
2.Eat healthy food and avoid fats
3.Excercise regularly to open sweat pores in skin
4.Take multivitamin tabs like centrum

What are the causes of eczema?
1.Dry skin. When your skin gets too dry, it can easily become brittle, scaly, rough, or tight, which can lead to an eczema flare up.
2.Irritants
3.Stress.
4.Climate and sweating.
5.Infection.
6.Allergens.
What do we recommend?
eczema usually which is very treatable and especially that you had it before but dont scratch it to not have it happening again for you and visit a dermatologist to perscribe these creams and medications
