2.use of trachisian mouth wash 
3.use of iodine as a locally swab especially if there is pus collection 
4.use of augmanten 625 three times a day 
5.use of triaxone injection once envery 24 hours 

What investigation to do ?

1.CBC 
2.neck ultrasound 
3.pap smear from tonsils 

What are the symptoms that come with ?

1.dysphegia 
2.difficualt swallowing and pain 
3.fever 
4.congested throat
