Causes of pain during urination:
There are many possible causes of painfull urination as:- Urine tract infection which associated with burining sensation, blood in urine dark urine
- Renal stones which associated with flank pain, blood in urine
- Prostatitis which associated with low back pain...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of pain during urination:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:- Urine analysis to detect infections and renal stones
- Urea and creatinine to detect renal disease
- PSA to detect prostate problem....etc
Treatment of pain during urination:
It depends on the cause and till the right diagnosis, i advise you to:- Drink good amount of water ( 2-3 liters per day )
- Avoid salts
