My 2yr son have cough and cold what I'll give?

How to treat heavy cough and cold  ( children ) ?
1. this is a common cold which is simple and easily treated medical condition , so you dont have to worry 
2. avoid place your child smoking area and dusty weather
3. give your child plenty of water and vitamin C drinks and honey ( if he/she is over 6 months old )
4. give antibiotics such as amoxicillin  
5. give medication to relieve cough and phlgem such as ivy syrup
- usually this medical condition lasts for around 5 - 7 , as it gets better gradually after the 3ed day 
what if the symptoms presisted ?( more than 7 day )
1. 1. consult an pediatric doctor to do the needed medical examnation and determine the treatment pathway
2. initial chest X-RAY may be enough to see if there is major changes in lungs or bronchies 
3. if your child appeared to have asthmatic attacks or related allergic reaction , doctor may prescribe some medication to relieve and relax your chid lungs and bronchies such as salbitamol ( spray ) and stroids ( pill )
4. in case of serious chest infections , doctor may prescribe more heavy antibiotics such as marcloids and doxycyline

1. physical examnation by doctor 
2. blood and blood chemistry tests
3. chest X-ray
4. blood gases tests 
5. oral cavity and bronchal endoscopy
