A patient is in ICU and undergoing treatment for difficulty breathing with history of gbs and excess antibiotics drugs used by patient. She is not responding well to on going treatment. Recent treatment as advised by doctors is plasma treatment once the third kidney dialysis finishes? Please advise

Doctor are saying lungs muscles are not strong hence she is given support thru ventilator ? Lungs are clean after scanning results

muscular weakness may come from organic cause or from nervous system cause check their nerves and if there is any problems in head as intracranial heamrohge that control respratory center

brnchospasm cause difficualt breathing lead to increase co2 level which lead to metabolic acidosis so kidney try to compensate over times acute kidney injury can occur
