1. pain killers and courset if needed with cold compressor
2. antibiotics for pneumoia , might need admission to hospital for intra venous antibiotics
3. NSAIDS analgesia and do thoracocentesis which is drain the fluid in the pericardial space
4. protocol for acute coronary syndrome treatment wither it is medical or interventional

what are the associated symptoms with chest burden

1. pain increased with respiration or movement or touching consistwith muscularor lung covering pain
2. pain increased with stress and excersice consist with heart cause
3. it might also associated with sweating
4. nausea and vomiting
5. fever
6. cough and rhinorrhea in case of pneumonia
