I have some tumors on my right hand from shoulder...

lipoma which means overgrowth of fat cells in thin fibrous capsule just below the skin (subcutaneous )
actually , the cause of lipoma unknown , but it may be inherited or due to exposure to truama
symptpms
 lipoma is overgrowth of normal fat cells and doesnt carry any risk for cancer
most lipoma presented without symptoms (symptomless )
1. non painful , movable skin swelling , may be presented in any site of the body like head , shoulders , chest , or abdomen
2. this swelling remains in the same size or increase
how to remove them ?
through surgical intervention after reassurance
