- Antispasmodic such as scobutyl to relieve flank pain .
- Analgesic such as Trufen to relieve pain .
- You have to do few tests which include urine testing , if the test was postive for infection , your doctor will prescribe Antibiotics for you such as Ciprofloxacin .
