What is the normal blood suger level ?
the normal level is below 110mg/dl in fasting state and below 200mg/dl in random state
How is diabetes diagnosed?
As mentioned above  the Sugar in fasting healthy person (at least 8 hours) is 110 mg / dl (or 6.1 mmol / L).
If the level of sugar between 110 and 125 mg / dl (6.1 - 6.9 mmol / l) in the case of fasting, the person has a defect in the blood glucose (impaired fasting glucose) .
If the blood sugar is 126 mg / dl (7 mmol / L) or more in the case of fasting and this was in two results on two different occasions, the diagnosis is final, especially in the case of symptoms of diabetes.
Finally, if the blood sugar was more than 200 mg / dl at any time and was accompanied by diabetes symptoms it is a final diagnosis
