Regarding your question
Diagnosis of diabetis:

• fasting blood sugur level is more than or equal to 126 mg /dl 
• random blood sugur 200 mg /dl with symptoms
• HGBA1C is more than 7%
• two hours OGTT is more than 200 mg per dl 

perdiabetis :

• Normal : between 70 and 99 mg per dL
• Prediabetes : between 100 and 125 mg per dL

advise :

• if you are in perdiabetis state you have to :
• loose wieght, you have to loose 10 percent of your body wieght 
• exercize about 30 minutes per day as walking 
• you have to eat healthy diet .
