What will occur to you if your blood sugar is 67؟

Normal  fasting sugar level is above 60 and below 100
So, 67 is still within the normal range.
But if you are diabetic patient, it is not recommended to have sugar in such level as you may suffer from hypoglycemic attack and you may feel:

• Sweating
• Dyspnea
• Bad breath odor
• Speech problem
• Headache
• Drowsy
• Blurred vision
• Coma in severe cases.

Treatment of hypoglycemia:

If you begin to feel one or more hypoglycemia symptoms, check your blood glucose.
If your blood glucose level is  less than 70, eat or drink 15 grams of carbohydrates as:

• four glucose tablets
• cup of fruit juice
•  can of soda
• 1 tablespoon of sugar, honey, or corn syrup

Wait 15 minutes and check your blood glucose again. If your glucose level is still low, eat or drink another 15 grams of glucose or carbohydrates.
Check your blood glucose again after another 15 minutes. Repeat these steps until your glucose level is back to normal.
If your next meal is more than 1 hour away, have a snack to keep your blood glucose level in your target range. Try crackers or a piece of fruit.
