Regarding your question
Treatment :
  • The goal of the treatment of pseudomyxoma peritonei is cure.
  • this is done by cytoreductive surgery with peritonectomy in an attempt to remove all visible the disease
  • after that the abdomen is washed with a warm chemotherapy solution.
  • after surgery chemotherapy session will be planned.

diagnosis of pseudomyxoma peritoni:
  • Clinical examination 
  • ultrasound for the abdomen 
  • CT with contrast for abdomen and pelvis to see the extent and tumur and the primary 
  • CBC to assess general condition of the patient.

clinical picture :
  • abdominal pain 
  • distension 
  • fever 
  • loss of appetite 
  • sweating 

advice:
for back pain you r doctor can giv her strong pain killer like tramadol.

Very thank full for your reply but we want to know the best clinical and best doctor for the surgery ...because she did the surgery triple time and retain more aggressive Pls try in THAILAND Or India or Germany asap
