You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :

- Avoid wrong postures and sitting positions .
- Apply Voltaren Gel three times per day .
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Panadol.

No the tablets that are good for pain are NSAIDs like asprin and brufen or Analgesics like panadol or Panda and duphastone helps with the period issues but with the back pain you have to take voltaren gel or relaxen
