causes of epigastric swelling:

• abdominal wall hernia 
• organomegaly
• abdominal distension
• subcotanous hematoma ,lipoma.

diagnosis of epigastric swelling:

• clinical examination.
• ultrasound for abdomen and pelvis 
• CT SCAN For abdomen and pelvis which determine the exact cause.

other symptoms :

• pain in anterior abdominal wall 
• reducible swelling 
• fever, anorxia,juandice 

treatment:

• according to the cause.
• if there is abdominal wall hernia ,surgery is recommended
• organomegaly, treat the cause.
