Our advise:
if your menses hav not occur, repeat the test two days later 
managment of delayed menses:

• if pregnancy test is postive you are pregnant 
• if it is negative you can take duphaston 20 mg one tablet every 12 hour for 5 days.

Causes of delayed menses:

• pregnancy 
• stress and anxiety 
• hypothyroidism
• high proalctin 
• PCOS

diagnosis of delayed menses:

• BHCG test
• ultrasound of the pelvis
• TSH 
• FSH-LH-free testosterone
