1. conservative treatment: clean the area with soap and water.
2. antiviral  treatment in case of genital herpes with acyclover PO as initially:400 mg orally every eight hours for 7
   then 200 Mg every 4 hours for 5 days
   400 mg orally every 12 hours for up to 12 months to prevent recurrence
   and for pain paracetamol Tab 2 tabs every 8 hours(when needed)
3. antibiotics
   benzathine benzylpenicillin ,azithromycin ciprofloxacin ,erythromycin doxycyclin
4. treat the partner in casr of Sexual transmitted disease
