it's very low hypu have severe hypglycemia you must take glucose or dextrose IV fluied or yu may enter in hypoglycemic shock and coma 

What are the causes ?

1.abnormal accucheck reading you must sure it's normal and fixed
2.abnormal dose of insulin injection or others hypoglycemic drugs 
3.take previous drugs without food 
4.you must titrate your sugar level and check your HBA1c 
5.the normal fasting blood sugar should be between 70-110 
6.if it's less you must seek medical advice
