My daughter is 10 years old and often she complains headache sometimes in morning sometimes during school hours today she woke up crying with headache in top part of head then on both sides and she was also feeling nausea and abdominal pain after 10_15 minutes her headache lessen and again she slept please tell me what could be the pro lem is anything serious or normal I m very worried what should I do

Some two to three years back doctor picked out her front milk teeth as they were not coming out can headache b related to thay since then she often complains about headache and also her diet is not very good sometimes when she complains about headache after eating something she becomes normal but today the headache was severe with nausea and she was unable to eat anything

1.Inner ear infection
2.Anemia
3.Stress and anxiety

What do we recommend?
There is nothing to worry about but you can do a Ct scan after being evaluated by a neurologist and we highly advise you to take pain meds for teeth because thats probably the cause of the headache.
