Causes of delayed period:

You have to visit a gynacologist for clinical examination and investigations as:

• Pregnancy test
• Abdominal and pelvis US
• CBC
• TSH
• Free T4
• LH
• FSH
• Prolactin...etc

Treatment of delayed period:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you have to avoid taking any medication as you may be pregnant.
