1. in case of contraception pills intake  stop them transiently
2. thyroxin drug in case of hypothyroid
3. in case of cervical poly treat it by removing them either surgically or laser
4. in case of uterin fibroid remove them directly

what are the associated symptoms

1. pain with intercourse
2. postcoital bleeding
