I am 7 weeks pregnant I went ultrasound doctor said baby not seeing only sac shown. And I don't have any symptoms. 4 to 6 weeks I had breast tenderness. But I don't have that too. Doctor ask to come for ultrasound again after 2 weeks getting scare

according to ultrasound finding you might have an implighted ovum (empty fetal sac)
How does implighted ovum formed
abnormal sperm with abnormal chromosomes or is distorted..
.. This egg is fertilized and produces a uterine sac that does not contain the fetus
what are the signs of empty fetal sac
.. positive HCG in the serum (but not as high as the normal pregnancy is!!)
.. positive urine HCG
.. uterine sac with fetal heart
how we manage it
stop the pregnancy after confirming the absence of fetal heart
give misoprostol suppository
dilate the cervix and curet the sac
