Treatment of child flu:

According to your description, you can use the following tretment:

• Paracetamol 250 mg syrup 3 cc three times daily
• chlorpheniramine 2 cc twice daily
• Drink good amount of hot fluid
• Rest

Symptoms of flu:

• Mild fever
• Cough
• Runny nose
• Loss of appetite
• General fatigue

Diagnosis of flu:

You have to visit a pediatric doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC
• Chest x-ray
