Hello. I have been having difficulties to breathe for sometime now and for the past few months it has become very bd. I choke at night in my sleep heart rate is quite fast in beating.

Yes i have and i was suggested to use a breathing machine which I'm using but still finding difficult

Take iron, folic acid or vitamin B12 in anemia

lazix pills in the case of water on the lung due to failure of the heart muscle or kidney or liver

Tonselectomy in case of enlargement
