body building in generally good for health , although there is a possible risk for injuries , but usually its safe and helpful to maintain good health , and doesnt have bad impact on health or body organs

- injuries are the main risks in body building activity , especially for those who are over-excited and lack of couch supervising , those injuries could be serious in some cases 
General advices :
1. keep on with body buidling , but just try to be cautious , and follow couch instructions 
2. dont go with high risky activities or exercies , and getting it gradually is the best methor to maintain your body health and your body building progress as well 
3. avoid protiens shakes or suppliments as much as you can , and if you are already on protients , you have to know the following :
- protients and suppliments cant be used instead of main meals 
- drink plenty of fluids 
- dont take them if you have liver or kindey problems
