• there is no perfect medical treatment for GB stone 
• the only proved treatment is surgical removal of GB .
• you can emoved it by laparoscope .

diagnosis of GB stone :

• by meidcal examination you can prove GB stones 
• ultrasound which can see GB wall thickness .
• if it is less than 3mm no thickness .
• other investigation can be used to assess complication like ERCP 

Symptoms of GB stones :

• upper abdominal pain 
• this pain can be rediated to right scapula .
• it occurs after fatty meal .
• it is associated with nusea and vomiting .
