What is the normal range of random blood suger test levels :
1. 2 hours after eating : less than 140 
2. on fasting ( more than 4-5 hours ) : less than 100
3. any time : less than 200 
How to make sure you didnt get DM ?
1. take blood suger tests multiable times through 2-3 days 
2. provide your blood suger reading to your doctor
3. do blood and blood suger test and HBA1C to make sure of your blood suger level 
Are diet and exercise enough in your current medical condition ?
in case you have been diagnosed with DM , then diet and exercise isnt enough unless its the first stage of DM

General advices to avoid diabeties :
1. pay attention to your diet and avoid suger 
2. exercising regularly such as 3-4 times a week
3. drinking plenty of water
