no it is not advisable to give your kid every 3 hours a dose of paracetamle
what is safe is to give him 10mg/kg of paracetamol every 4 hours
or 15mg/kg every 6 hours
and if the fever not subsided during this period you can use cold compressor under the axilla and in front of his thighs
and always we need to diagnose the cause of the fever to give him the proper treatment
so if you please give us more information if there is any other symptoms presented
