What is typhoid fever?
it's a bacterial infection caused by salmenella typhi in which spread by feco oral route and bad hygine What are the symptoms come with ?
1.in the 1st week body temperature rises , and fever fluctuations are seen with relative brady cardia and malaise headache, and cough. A bloody nose is seen in a quarter of cases, and abdominal pain is also possible2.in the 2nd week present with high feve around 40 °C and bradycardia ( Faget sign), classically with delirium is frequent, often calm, but sometimes agitated
3.then may this occur intestinal heamorhage encephalities endocardities osteatites abnd pneumonia
How to diagnosis it ?
1.by blood culture 2.urine culture
3.bone marrow culture
4.widal test
5.ELISA to detect IGg and IGm antibody
How to treat it ?
1.good hygine 2.vaccination
3.oral rehydrated solution
4.antibiotic as cefixime or ceftriaxone for at least 10 days
5.surgery for complication

1.as there symptoms progress too more than month just continue to use your complete course of antibiotic2.make your previous investigation to make sure no more infection
