Is dark skin of feet rough and lined normal ?
hard linging or hardening skin on the side of the back of feet sole is usually normal , and its caused by your life style and the pressure you put daily on feet beside your type of shoes and so on 
- darkish of skin is not normal , and usually in the above mentioned case the skin color is yellowish or whitish 
what is the next step ?
