the premature ejaculation could be treated permenantly with excersices
but the erectile dysfunction it is according to the primary cause
and how much harm it cause to the penis circulation
now there is a surgical management by inserting a silicon implant into it
that will permenantly relieve the Erectile dysfunction
or a pump put into patient penis that will also be for life
