What are the causes ?

1.peptic ulcer especiaaly gastric ulcer if you feel pain just on eating 
2.doudenal ulcer if you feel hungry all the times '
3.Hpylori infection which cause defect in gastric wall too 
4.too much using on NSAID on empty stomach 
5.gall bladder stone
6.acid reflux from stomach

How to treat this ?

1.pantoprazole 30 mg daily each morning 
 2.Ranitidine 150 for acidity 
3.amocallin 500 and clarithromycin and esmoprazole for h pylori infection 
4.surgery for peptic ulcer
5.gall bladder stones removal mostly by laproscopy 

What are the investigations ?

1.upper endoscopy with biobsy especially from peptic ulcer 
2.H pylori antigin in stool blood analysis or by urea breath test 
3.abdominal ultrasound 
4.braium awallow and meal
