Good morning, i was out by the beach this evening....
Good morning, i was out by the beach this evening. It was cold windy and maybe a bit humid . After half an hour i started to feel pain in my chest and started coughing. The coughing is less mow but the pain in chest is still there when i breathe in . And it’s in one spot on the left side

No, i have a hypo thyroid. I take euthyrox

I’ve been told i have mild asthma before and allergy . I used to take aerius as a course for a while then stopped now i tale it occasionally

What is this pain? Is it serious? What can i do to breathe better? Should i use a nebulisor or a puff of ventolin ?
